Jeremy specializes in employment law, both as a litigator and as outside counsel to businesses, managers, and human resource professionals in need of day-to-day personnel, risk management, and compliance advice.

As a litigator, Jeremy primarily represents private employers, defending them against claims for wrongful termination, breach of contract, unpaid wages, and harassment and discrimination claims of all types. Jeremy has litigated cases in both state and federal court. He has also represented employers in administrative proceedings before the Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE), The Employment Development Department (EDD), and The Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB).
